SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNFSF18 (TNF superfamily member 18, also called AITRL) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNFSF18 qPCR Primer Set – TNF superfamily member 18
Also known as: AITRL, GITRL, TL6, TNLG2A, hGITRL
About this gene: The TNFSF18 protein is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for receptor TNFRSF18/AITR/GITR. It is reported to modulate T lymphocyte survival in peripheral tissues. This cytokine is also found to be expressed in endothelial cells, and is believed to be important for interaction between T lymphocytes and endothelial cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8995; HGNC ID: HGNC:11932; UniProt: Q9UNG2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005092.4; Chromosome location: 1q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
