SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNFSF14 (TNF superfamily member 14, also called HVEM-L) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNFSF14 qPCR Primer Set – TNF superfamily member 14
Also known as: CD258, HVEML, LIGHT, LTg
About this gene: The TNFSF14 protein belongs to the tumor necrosis factor ligand family. The TNFSF14 protein is a ligand for TNFRSF14, which belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, and which is also known as a herpesvirus entry mediator. The TNFSF14 protein may function as a costimulatory factor for the activation of lymphoid cells and as a deterrent to infection by herpesvirus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8740; HGNC ID: HGNC:11930; UniProt: O43557; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001376887.1; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
