SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNFSF13B (TNF superfamily member 13b, also called BLyS) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNFSF13B qPCR Primer Set – TNF superfamily member 13b
Also known as: BAFF, BLYS, CD257, TALL-1, TALL1, THANK, TNFSF20, TNLG7A, ZTNF4
About this gene: The TNFSF13B protein is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor ligand family. The TNFSF13B gene product has been also shown to play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of B cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10673; HGNC ID: HGNC:11929; UniProt: Q9Y275; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006573.5; Chromosome location: 13q33.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
