About this gene: TNFSF11 belongs to the tumor necrosis factor cytokine family which is a ligand for osteoprotegerin and acts as a key factor for osteoclast differentiation and activation. The TNFSF11 protein was shown to be a dendritic cell survival factor and is involved in the regulation of T cell-dependent immune response. T cell activation was reported to induce expression of TNFSF11 and lead to an increase of osteoclastogenesis and bone loss.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
