SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADO (2-aminoethanethiol dioxygenase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ADO qPCR Primer Set – 2-aminoethanethiol dioxygenase
Also known as: C10orf22
About this gene: Human thiol dioxygenases include cysteine dioxygenase and cysteamine dioxygenase. CDO adds 2 oxygen atoms to free cysteine, whereas ADO adds 2 oxygen atoms to free cysteamine to form hypotaurine.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84890; HGNC ID: HGNC:23506; UniProt: Q96SZ5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032804.6; Chromosome location: 10q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
