SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNFRSF9 (TNF receptor superfamily member 9, also called CDw137) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNFRSF9 qPCR Primer Set – TNF receptor superfamily member 9
Also known as: 4-1BB, CD137, CDw137, ILA, IMD109
About this gene: The TNFRSF9 protein belongs to the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor contributes to the clonal expansion, survival, and development of T cells. The TNFRSF9 gene product can also induce proliferation in peripheral monocytes, enhance T cell apoptosis induced by TCR/CD3 triggered activation, and regulate CD28 co-stimulation to promote Th1 cell responses.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3604; HGNC ID: HGNC:11924; UniProt: Q07011; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001561.6; Chromosome location: 1p36.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
