SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNFRSF8 (TNF receptor superfamily member 8) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNFRSF8 qPCR Primer Set – TNF receptor superfamily member 8
Also known as: CD30, D1S166E, Ki-1
About this gene: The TNFRSF8 protein belongs to the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor is expressed by activated, but not by resting, T and B cells. TRAF2 and TRAF5 can interact with this receptor, and mediate the signal transduction that leads to the activation of NF-kappaB. This receptor is a positive regulator of apoptosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 943; HGNC ID: HGNC:11923; UniProt: P28908; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001243.5; Chromosome location: 1p36.22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
