SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD27 (CD27 molecule, also called T14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CD27 qPCR Primer Set – CD27 molecule
Also known as: S152, S152. LPFS2, T14, TNFRSF7, Tp55
About this gene: The CD27 protein belongs to the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor is required for generation and long-term maintenance of T cell immunity. The CD27 gene product binds to ligand CD70, and is central to regulating B-cell activation and immunoglobulin synthesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 939; HGNC ID: HGNC:11922; UniProt: P26842; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001242.5; Chromosome location: 12p13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
