SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNFRSF4 (TNF receptor superfamily member 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNFRSF4 qPCR Primer Set – TNF receptor superfamily member 4
Also known as: ACT35, CD134, IMD16, OX40, TXGP1L
About this gene: The TNFRSF4 protein belongs to the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor is reported to activate NF-kappaB through its interaction with adaptor proteins TRAF2 and TRAF5. Knockout studies in mice suggested that this receptor promotes the expression of apoptosis inhibitors BCL2 and BCL2lL1/BCL2-XL, and thus suppresses apoptosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7293; HGNC ID: HGNC:11918; UniProt: P43489; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003327.4; Chromosome location: 1p36.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
