SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNFRSF25 (TNF receptor superfamily member 25, also called LARD) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNFRSF25 qPCR Primer Set – TNF receptor superfamily member 25
Also known as: APO-3, DDR3, DR3, LARD, TNFRSF12, TR3, TRAMP, WSL-1, WSL-LR
About this gene: The TNFRSF25 protein belongs to the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor is expressed preferentially in the tissues enriched in lymphocytes, and it may play a role in regulating lymphocyte homeostasis. This receptor is reported to stimulate NF-kappa B activity and regulate cell apoptosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8718; HGNC ID: HGNC:11910; UniProt: Q93038; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003790.3; Chromosome location: 1p36.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
