Human TNFRSF21 qPCR Primer Set – TNF receptor superfamily member 21
Also known as: BM-018, CD358, DR6
About this gene: TNFRSF21 belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. The TNFRSF21 protein activates nuclear factor kappa-B and mitogen-activated protein kinase 8, and induces cell apoptosis. Through its death domain, the encoded receptor interacts with tumor necrosis factor receptor type 1-associated death domain protein, which is known to mediate signal transduction of tumor necrosis factor receptors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27242; HGNC ID: HGNC:13469; UniProt: O75509; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014452.5; Chromosome location: 6p12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
