SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNFRSF1B (TNF receptor superfamily member 1B, also called p75) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNFRSF1B qPCR Primer Set – TNF receptor superfamily member 1B
Also known as: CD120b, TBPII, TNF-R-II, TNF-R75, TNFBR, TNFR1B, TNFR2, TNFR80, p75, p75TNFR
About this gene: The TNFRSF1B protein belongs to the TNF-receptor superfamily. The TNFRSF1B protein and TNF-receptor 1 form a heterocomplex that mediates the recruitment of two anti-apoptotic proteins, c-IAP1 and c-IAP2, which possess E3 ubiquitin ligase activity. The function of IAPs in TNF-receptor signalling is unknown, however, c-IAP1 is believed to potentiate TNF-induced apoptosis by the ubiquitination and degradation of TNF-receptor-associated factor 2, which mediates anti-apoptotic signals.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7133; HGNC ID: HGNC:11917; UniProt: P20333; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001066.3; Chromosome location: 1p36.22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
