SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNFRSF1A (TNF receptor superfamily member 1A, also called TNFR1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNFRSF1A qPCR Primer Set – TNF receptor superfamily member 1A
Also known as: CD120a, FPF, TBP1, TNF-R, TNF-R-I, TNF-R55, TNFAR, TNFR1, TNFR55, TNFR60, p55, p55-R
About this gene: TNFRSF1A belongs to the TNF receptor superfamily of proteins. The encoded receptor is found in membrane-bound and soluble forms that interact with membrane-bound and soluble forms, respectively, of its ligand, tumor necrosis factor alpha. Binding of membrane-bound tumor necrosis factor alpha to the membrane-bound receptor induces receptor trimerization and activation, which is involved in cell survival, apoptosis, and inflammation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7132; HGNC ID: HGNC:11916; UniProt: P19438; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001065.4; Chromosome location: 12p13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
