About this gene: The TNFRSF19 protein belongs to the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor is highly expressed during embryonic development. The TNFRSF19 gene product is reported to interact with TRAF family members, and to activate JNK signaling pathway when overexpressed in cells.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
