Human TNFRSF13B qPCR Primer Set – TNF receptor superfamily member 13B
Also known as: CD267, CVID, CVID2, IGAD2, RYZN, TACI, TNFRSF14B
About this gene: The TNFRSF13B protein is a lymphocyte-specific member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. The TNFRSF13B gene product interacts with calcium-modulator and cyclophilin ligand. The protein induces activation of the transcription factors NFAT, AP1, and NF-kappa-B and plays a crucial role in humoral immunity by interacting with a TNF ligand.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23495; HGNC ID: HGNC:18153; UniProt: O14836; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012452.3; Chromosome location: 17p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
