SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TNFRSF10A (TNF receptor superfamily member 10a, also called TRAIL-R1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TNFRSF10A qPCR Primer Set – TNF receptor superfamily member 10a
Also known as: APO2, CD261, DR4, TRAILR-1, TRAILR1
About this gene: The TNFRSF10A protein belongs to the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor is activated by tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand, and thus transduces cell death signal and induces cell apoptosis. Studies with FADD-deficient mice suggested that FADD, a death domain containing adaptor protein, is required for the apoptosis mediated by this protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8797; HGNC ID: HGNC:11904; UniProt: O00220; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003844.4; Chromosome location: 8p21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
