About this gene: TNFAIP1 was identified as a gene whose expression can be induced by the tumor necrosis factor alpha in umbilical vein endothelial cells. Studies of a similar gene in mouse suggest that the expression of TNFAIP1 is developmentally regulated in a tissue-specific manner.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
