About this gene: TNC encodes a extracellular matrix protein with a spatially and temporally restricted tissue distribution. The TNC protein is homohexameric with disulfide-linked subunits, and contains multiple EGF-like and fibronectin type-III domains. The TNC gene product is implicated in guidance of migrating neurons as well as axons during development, synaptic plasticity, and neuronal regeneration.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
