SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMPRSS3 (transmembrane serine protease 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMPRSS3 qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane serine protease 3
Also known as: DFNB10, DFNB8, ECHOS1, TADG12
About this gene: TMPRSS3 encodes a protein that belongs to the serine protease family. The TMPRSS3 protein contains a serine protease domain, a transmembrane domain, an LDL receptor-like domain, and a scavenger receptor cysteine-rich domain. Serine proteases are known to be involved in a variety of biological processes, whose malfunction often leads to human diseases and disorders.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64699; HGNC ID: HGNC:11877; UniProt: P57727; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001256317.3; Chromosome location: 21q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
