SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMOD3 (tropomodulin 3, also called U-Tmod) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMOD3 qPCR Primer Set – tropomodulin 3
Also known as: UTMOD
About this gene: TMOD3 enables cadherin binding activity involved in cell-cell adhesion. It is predicted to be involved in actin filament organization; muscle contraction; and myofibril assembly. It is predicted to act upstream of or within actin cytoskeleton organization; erythrocyte development; and positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29766; HGNC ID: HGNC:11873; UniProt: Q9NYL9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014547.5; Chromosome location: 15q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
