SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRRG4 (proline rich and Gla domain 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRRG4 qPCR Primer Set – proline rich and Gla domain 4
Also known as: PRGP4, TMG4
About this gene: PRRG4 enables WW domain binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in blood coagulation and proteolysis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79056; HGNC ID: HGNC:30799; UniProt: Q9BZD6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024081.6; Chromosome location: 11p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
