SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRRG3 (proline rich and Gla domain 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRRG3 qPCR Primer Set – proline rich and Gla domain 3
Also known as: PRGP3, TMG3
About this gene: PRRG3 encodes a protein which contains a vitamin K-dependent carboxylation/gamma-carboxyglutamic domain. The PRRG3 protein belongs to a family of vitamin K-dependent transmembrane proteins which contain a glutamate-rich extracellular domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79057; HGNC ID: HGNC:30798; UniProt: Q9BZD7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001372163.1; Chromosome location: Xq28
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
