SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RTP3 (receptor transporter protein 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RTP3 qPCR Primer Set – receptor transporter protein 3
Also known as: LTM1, TMEM7, Z3CXXC3
About this gene: RTP3 is predicted to enable olfactory receptor binding activity. It is involved in detection of chemical stimulus involved in sensory perception of bitter taste and protein targeting to membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83597; HGNC ID: HGNC:15572; UniProt: Q9BQQ7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_031440.2; Chromosome location: 3p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
