SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DEPP1 (DEPP autophagy regulator 1, also called FIG) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human DEPP1 qPCR Primer Set – DEPP autophagy regulator 1
Also known as: C10orf10, DEPP, FIG, Fseg
About this gene: The expression of DEPP1 is induced by fasting as well as by progesterone. The DEPP1 protein contains a t-synaptosome-associated protein receptor coiled-coil homology domain and a peroxisomal targeting signal. Production of the DEPP1 protein leads to phosphorylation and activation of the transcription factor ELK1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11067; HGNC ID: HGNC:23355; UniProt: Q9NTK1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007021.4; Chromosome location: 10q11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
