SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMEM53 (transmembrane protein 53) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMEM53 qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane protein 53
Also known as: CTDI, NET4
About this gene: It is involved in negative regulation of BMP signaling pathway; negative regulation of ossification; and regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport. Implicated in craniotubular dysplasia Ikegawa type.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79639; HGNC ID: HGNC:26186; UniProt: Q6P2H8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024587.4; Chromosome location: 1p34.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
