SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMEM43 (transmembrane protein 43) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMEM43 qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane protein 43
Also known as: ARVC5, ARVD5, AUNA3, EDMD7, EDMD7; AUNA2, LUMA
About this gene: TMEM43 belongs to the TMEM43 family. Defects in TMEM43 are the cause of familial arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia type 5, also known as arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy type 5. Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia is an inherited disorder, often involving both ventricles, and is characterized by ventricular tachycardia, heart failure, sudden cardiac death, and fibrofatty replacement of cardiomyocytes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79188; HGNC ID: HGNC:28472; UniProt: Q9BTV4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024334.3; Chromosome location: 3p25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
