SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMEM39A (transmembrane protein 39A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMEM39A qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane protein 39A
Also known as: SUSR2
About this gene: It is involved in negative regulation of autophagosome assembly; negative regulation of autophagosome maturation; and positive regulation of viral genome replication.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55254; HGNC ID: HGNC:25600; UniProt: Q9NV64; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018266.3; Chromosome location: 3q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
