SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMEM38B (transmembrane protein 38B, also called TRICB) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMEM38B qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane protein 38B
Also known as: C9orf87, D4Ertd89e, OI14, TRIC-B, TRICB, bA219P18.1
About this gene: TMEM38B encodes a intracellular monovalent cation channel that functions in maintenance of intracellular calcium release. Mutations in TMEM38B may be linked to autosomal recessive osteogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55151; HGNC ID: HGNC:25535; UniProt: Q9NVV0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018112.3; Chromosome location: 9q31.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
