SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMEM35A (transmembrane protein 35A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMEM35A qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane protein 35A
Also known as: NACHO, TMEM35, TUF-1, TUF1
About this gene: TMEM35A enables acetylcholine receptor regulator activity. It is involved in chaperone-mediated protein complex assembly and positive regulation of protein localization to cell surface.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 59353; HGNC ID: HGNC:25864; UniProt: Q53FP2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021637.3; Chromosome location: Xq22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
