SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMEM33 (transmembrane protein 33) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMEM33 qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane protein 33
Also known as: 1600019D15Rik, Pom33, SHINC-3, SHINC3
About this gene: It is involved in positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response; regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization; and response to endoplasmic reticulum stress.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55161; HGNC ID: HGNC:25541; UniProt: P57088; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018126.3; Chromosome location: 4p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
