SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DOLK (dolichol kinase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DOLK qPCR Primer Set – dolichol kinase
Also known as: CDG1M, DK, DK1, SEC59, TMEM15
About this gene: The DOLK protein catalyzes the CTP-mediated phosphorylation of dolichol, and is involved in the synthesis of Dol-P-Man, which is an essential glycosyl carrier lipid for C- and O-mannosylation, N- and O-linked glycosylation of proteins. Mutations in DOLK are linked to dolichol kinase deficiency.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22845; HGNC ID: HGNC:23406; UniProt: Q9UPQ8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014908.4; Chromosome location: 9q34.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
