SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMEM14B (transmembrane protein 14B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMEM14B qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane protein 14B
About this gene: TMEM14B enables identical protein binding activity. It is involved in cerebral cortex development; neural precursor cell proliferation; and regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle. Predicted to be active in mitochondrial membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81853; HGNC ID: HGNC:21384; UniProt: Q9NUH8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030969.5; Chromosome location: 6p24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
