SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMEM135 (transmembrane protein 135, also called PMP52) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMEM135 qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane protein 135
Also known as: PMP52
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in peroxisome organization. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including regulation of oxidative phosphorylation; response to food; and retinal pigment epithelium development. Predicted to be active in peroxisomal membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 65084; HGNC ID: HGNC:26167; UniProt: Q86UB9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022918.4; Chromosome location: 11q14.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
