SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMEM109 (transmembrane protein 109, also called Mg23) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human TMEM109 qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane protein 109
Also known as: SND3, hSND3
About this gene: TMEM109 is predicted to enable voltage-gated monoatomic cation channel activity. It acts upstream of or within cellular response to gamma radiation and negative regulation of programmed cell death.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79073; HGNC ID: HGNC:28771; UniProt: Q9BVC6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024092.3; Chromosome location: 11q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
