SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TSPAN12 (tetraspanin 12) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TSPAN12 qPCR Primer Set – tetraspanin 12
Also known as: EVR5, NET-2, NET2, TM4SF12
About this gene: The TSPAN12 protein belongs to the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23554; HGNC ID: HGNC:21641; UniProt: O95859; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012338.4; Chromosome location: 7q31.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
