About this gene: TLX1 encodes a nuclear transcription factor that belongs to the NK-linked or NK-like subfamily of homeobox genes. The TLX1 protein is required for normal development of the spleen during embryogenesis. The TLX1 protein is also involved in specification of neuronal cell fates.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
