Human TXNDC12 qPCR Primer Set – thioredoxin domain containing 12

Also known as: AG1, AGR1, ERP16, ERP18, ERP19, PDIA16, TLP19, hAG-1, hTLP19

About this gene: TXNDC12 belongs to the thioredoxin superfamily. Members of this family are characterized by a conserved active motif called the thioredoxin fold that catalyzes disulfide bond formation and isomerization. The TXNDC12 protein localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum and has a single atypical active motif.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51060; HGNC ID: HGNC:24626; UniProt: O95881; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015913.4; Chromosome location: 1p32.3

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
