SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TLN1 (talin 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TLN1 qPCR Primer Set – talin 1
Also known as: ILWEQ, TLN, talin-1
About this gene: TLN1 encodes a cytoskeletal protein that is concentrated in areas of cell-substratum and cell-cell contacts. The TLN1 protein plays a significant role in the assembly of actin filaments and in spreading and migration of various cell types, including fibroblasts and osteoclasts. The TLN1 gene product codistributes with integrins in the cell surface membrane in order to assist in the attachment of adherent cells to extracellular matrices and of lymphocytes to other cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7094; HGNC ID: HGNC:11845; UniProt: Q9Y490; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006289.4; Chromosome location: 9p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
