SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BUB1 (BUB1 mitotic checkpoint serine/threonine kinase, also called hBUB1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human BUB1 qPCR Primer Set – BUB1 mitotic checkpoint serine/threonine kinase
Also known as: BUB1A, BUB1L, MCPH30, hBUB1
About this gene: BUB1 encodes a serine/threonine-protein kinase that play a central role in mitosis. The BUB1 protein functions in part by phosphorylating members of the mitotic checkpoint complex and activating the spindle checkpoint. The BUB1 protein also is involved in inhibiting the activation of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 699; HGNC ID: HGNC:1148; UniProt: O43683; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004336.5; Chromosome location: 2q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
