About this gene: Mannose 6-phophate receptors deliver lysosomal hydrolase from the Golgi to endosomes and then return to the Golgi complex. The PLIN3 protein interacts with the cytoplasmic domains of both cation-independent and cation-dependent MPRs, and is required for endosome-to-Golgi transport. The PLIN3 protein also binds directly to the GTPase RAB9, a member of the RAS oncogene family.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
