SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CAND2 (cullin associated and neddylation dissociated 2 (putative)) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CAND2 qPCR Primer Set – cullin associated and neddylation dissociated 2 (putative)
Also known as: TIP120B, Tp120b
About this gene: CAND2 is predicted to enable TBP-class protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in SCF complex assembly; positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription; and protein ubiquitination.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23066; HGNC ID: HGNC:30689; UniProt: O75155; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001162499.2; Chromosome location: 3p25.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
