SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CAND1 (cullin associated and neddylation dissociated 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CAND1 qPCR Primer Set – cullin associated and neddylation dissociated 1
Also known as: TIP120, TIP120A
About this gene: CAND1 encodes a essential regulator of Cullin-RING ubiquitin ligases, which are in involved in ubiquitinylation of proteins degraded by the Ub proteasome system. The CAND1 protein binds to unneddylated cullin-RING box protein complexes and acts as an inhibitor of cullin neddylation and of Skp1, cullin, and F box ubiquitin ligase complex assembly and activity. In mammalian cell culture, this protein predominantly localizes to the cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55832; HGNC ID: HGNC:30688; UniProt: Q86VP6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018448.5; Chromosome location: 12q14.3-q15
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
