About this gene: NSA2 encodes a nucleolar protein involved in cell cycle regulation and proliferation. NSA2 was identified based on sequence similarity to a highly conserved Saccharomyces cerevisiae gene encoding a pre-ribosomal protein, which is involved in large ribosomal subunit biogenesis. The NSA2 protein is found at elevated levels in diabetic nephropathy.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
