SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TIGD6 (tigger transposable element derived 6) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TIGD6 qPCR Primer Set – tigger transposable element derived 6
About this gene: The TIGD6 protein belongs to the tigger subfamily of the pogo superfamily of DNA-mediated transposons in humans. These proteins are related to DNA transposons found in fungi and nematodes, and more distantly to the Tc1 and mariner transposases. They are also very similar to the major mammalian centromere protein B.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81789; HGNC ID: HGNC:18332; UniProt: Q17RP2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030953.4; Chromosome location: 5q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
