SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KLF10 (KLF transcription factor 10, also called EGR-alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KLF10 qPCR Primer Set – KLF transcription factor 10
Also known as: EGR-alpha, EGRA, TIEG, TIEG1
About this gene: KLF10 belongs to a family of proteins that feature C2H2-type zinc finger domains. The KLF10 protein is a transcriptional repressor that acts as an effector of transforming growth factor beta signaling. Activity of this protein may inhibit the growth of cancers, particularly pancreatic cancer.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7071; HGNC ID: HGNC:11810; UniProt: Q13118; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005655.4; Chromosome location: 8q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
