About this gene: The TIAL1 protein belongs to a family of RNA-binding proteins, has three RNA recognition motifs, and binds adenine and uridine-rich elements in mRNA and pre-mRNAs of a wide range of genes. The TIAL1 gene product regulates various activities including translational control, splicing and apoptosis. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
