About this gene: THY1 encodes a cell surface glycoprotein and member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of proteins. The THY1 protein is involved in cell adhesion and cell communication in numerous cell types, but particularly in cells of the immune and nervous systems. The THY1 protein is widely used as a marker for hematopoietic stem cells.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
