SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human THUMPD1 (THUMP domain 1 NAT10 acetyltransferase adaptor) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human THUMPD1 qPCR Primer Set – THUMP domain 1 NAT10 acetyltransferase adaptor
Also known as: NEDSOA, Tan1
About this gene: THUMPD1 enables RNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in tRNA modification.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55623; HGNC ID: HGNC:23807; UniProt: Q9NXG2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017736.5; Chromosome location: 16p12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
