SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BTN3A2 (butyrophilin subfamily 3 member A2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human BTN3A2 qPCR Primer Set – butyrophilin subfamily 3 member A2
Also known as: BT3.2, BTF4, BTN3.2, CD277
About this gene: BTN3A2 belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily, which resides in the juxta-telomeric region of the major histocompatability class 1 locus and is clustered with the other family members on chromosome 6. The BTN3A2 protein may be involved in the adaptive immune response.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11118; HGNC ID: HGNC:1139; UniProt: P78410; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007047.5; Chromosome location: 6p22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
