SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RSPO3 (R-spondin 3, also called hPWTSR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RSPO3 qPCR Primer Set – R-spondin 3
Also known as: CRISTIN1, PWTSR, THSD2
About this gene: RSPO3 belongs to the R-spondin family. The RSPO3 protein is involved in the regulation of Wnt/beta-catenin and Wnt/planar cell polarity signaling pathways, which are involved in development, cell growth and disease pathogenesis. Genome-wide association studies suggest a correlation of RSPO3 with bone mineral density and risk of fracture.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84870; HGNC ID: HGNC:20866; UniProt: Q9BXY4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032784.5; Chromosome location: 6q22.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
